Sadly, thousands of families in Wales live every day knowing their child’s life will be short. At the moment, they often face this without any care or support. Alone. Afraid. Isolated. Tŷ Hafan’s ambition is that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.

My name is Toby the Mumbles Pier Bear.  

I am taking part in the Ty Hafan Character Chase 2019 at Singleton Park, Swansea on Saturday 27th April 2019 amongst LOTS of other wonderful cuddly (and not so cuddly) characters. 

The work of Ty Hafan is so important for Wales and the families within.  I believe ALL bears should be supporting this amazing charity and the work they do.
