We are the team at Nai's House and we are doing the Tom 100 Challenge to raise money for the wonderful work we do!

I am doing 100 yoga poses and I invite you to join me!

I will also be teaching 100 minutes of yoga for Nai's House

Saturday 8th May 1pm Port Meadow Oxford - 60 minutes 

Monday 10th May 6pm - Zoom

Nai's House CIO is unique, user led suicide prevention and mental health support service for under 30s. Our holistic approach helps our guests manage their emotional and mental well being. We offer 1-2-1 support, crisis support, counselling, caregiver support, holistic treatments and activities.
