This September I will be running 60 miles to raise vital funds for those living with and affected by Crohn's and Colitis.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at the age of 15, so have been living with it for 13 years now. Although most days it is quite manageable there are some days it is not, and it would be nice to be able to give something back for all the care and treatments that I have received. 

My brother will be joining me, although neither of us have run for quite awhile this is something we are determined to do.
