Hello you lovely lot!
I'm excited to finally share the news that I am skydiving for Mind - The Mental Health Charity on the 27th July. Having struggled with chronic anxiety for the last 10 years, I understand the importance of advocating for mental health awareness. Many of you reading this will also have tackled your own mental health problems or equally know someone that has or is currently struggling.
I've wanted to do this for a very long time but always found a reason not to. Now I'm ready to take on my biggest challenge to date, despite my (ir)rational fear of heights...
It's my birthday on the 27th March, and I would love nothing more than if you could please donate to my fund! Big or small, anything at all would mean the world to me. Not everyone will have the disposable income to donate, that's absolutely fine, but if you could keep the conversation going, or merely educate yourself further on the types of mental health problems then that would be powerful.
If you would like to donate, thank you so much in advance (and let's hope I make it down in one piece).
Lots of love,
Nat x
