In Loving Memory Of My Amazing Mum, who passed away on Thursday 29th July 2021. Mum was the bravest person I have ever met in my whole life. She over came challenges every single day. She showed determination and inspired so many people throughout her life. I Love You To The Moon & Back👼🏼

Throughout the month of August I will be taking part in the MND Scotland Virtual Supernova Challenge, where I will be challenging myself to complete at least 10,000 steps a day with the aim to walk/run as many kilometres as possible during the month. My partner Greig and one year old daughter Demi will join me during some of my challenge. 

MND Scotland is a charity very close to my heart and I have seen first hand how this disease effects the individual and their families. MND Scotland have been a great support to my family and I would like to give something back to them by completing this challenge.
