Hi eveyone, i just wanted to thank everyone once again for donating. I saw the Dr about my knee injury today and am being booked in for an MRI scan in a few weeks. hopefully after that, i can get my knee sorted and be back running for you all again in either the Bristol or the Cardiff halfs in september! Fingers crossed!

Hi everyone! Firstly, i would like to thank everyone who has dontated towards this fantastic chartiy and towards me running in the bath half. Everyone has been so generous and i have reached my target which is fantastic!!! unfortuantely i have bad news. I injured my knee whilst training 2 weeks ago and much to my despair, it has not recovered in time for the race. However, fear not!

I shall postpone the half marathon until september when i shall be running in the Bristol half! The money you have donated to this cause will be transferred across to me running the Bristol Half for Scope so ill keep you all posted on the progress!

I am basically killing myself training for the Bath Half on Sunday 6th March 2011. Despite the stiff legs and the massive blister, it's going well so far!

 I am running in order to raise money for a charity called 'Scope' which is the UK's leading disability charity working with children and adults with cerebral palsy. The money you give will help disabled people live the lives they choose through offering training and support in the job market, running schools, supported accommodation and vital telephone and email support to people with cerebral palsy, their families and carers.
