Sadly my mum lost her battle to Cancer in October 2017. At the time of the terminal diagnosis my mum knew that her wish was to die at home with her family and dear animals around her. Thankfully this was made possible by the Isabel Hospice who supported us as a family to look after my mum in her last months of life.

To me when they came to the door I always knew that my mum was in good hands and I will never forget the relief I felt from their presence. They truly are amazing people and are desperately needed.

I am therefore taking part in a charity walk in London, on  Sunday 23rd September 2018. I will be walking over 12 famous bridges and over 9 miles in order to raise some funds for those who are now in need of the hospices support.

If you feel unable to donate then please consider taking any unwanted items to their charity shops.
