Story

Together with a group of colleagues from Barclays I am taking on the Glasgow Kilt Walk Mighty Stride Challenge and walking 23 miles from Glasgow Green to Balloch to raise funds for SAMH.

SAMH is our new charity partner for Barclays Glasgow and we are looking to help them to raise funds to open a new Mental Health Drop in Centre in Merchant City.

Unfortunately, we will all experience mental health issues at some point in our lives and hopefully will be lucky enough to have somewhere like SAMH to help us with the this if needed.

Walking is something that that I really enjoy and do to support my own wellbeing and mental health. I have never walked as far as 23 miles so am taking on this challenge not only for myself but also my ask for your support!

Barclays will match my fundraising up to £1000 so it’s a great opportunity to raise much needed funds for SAMH.

I would greatly appreciate any donations to support me and SAMH - thank you!
