1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem every year

1 in 3 GP appointments are related to mental health

1 in 6 people at work are affected by depression, anxiety or another

mental health condition at any one time

SAMH do amazing work and are looking to open a Glasgow Hub in 2025 which we will be looking to support through our fundraising. Barclays match our fundraising up to £1000 for each colleague participating
