This August I will be climbing Mt Kilimanjaro in memory of Mr Holland who recently passed away after battling seven brain tumours.

I will be raising money for Brain Tumour UK.

At 5895m, Mt Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest peak, taking you to the ‘root of Africa’. The daunting trip includes trekking and camping for a week through dense forest and rocky terrain, from farmland and rainforests to alpine meadows and snow capped peaks!

I’m sure you’ll agree that’s a bit of a challenge notwithstanding the sarcasm suffered for wearing not-so-sexy hiking boots to work!
