Story
I am part of Team NCC (New City College) and we are fundraising for The Felix Project.
My goal is to do 106 miles from Monday 13 July to Monday 3rd August
so I can virtually reach Cambridge University from Attlee Academy and then back. That is approximately 10,000 steps everyday for the next 22 days!
As I have a bad knee, I'll have to do my steps by walking or doing Zumba. This might be easy for some but for those who know me, I am always trying to lose weight but can never stick to a diet or an exercise plan. This challenge will force me to do 10,000 steps everyday and hopefully lose some weight this summer! :) Good luck to me!
Please support us in this fundraising! Thank you!
The mission of the Felix Project is simple - to take surplus food from their suppliers and deliver it to any charity that helps feed people. It's all nutritious and would otherwise go to waste. Not only that, but it helps fight food poverty and reduces costs for hardworking organisations.
