Neil does the Great North Run for RAFA

Great North Run 2022 · 11 September 2022 ·
Hi, I'm running the Great North Run 2022 for the RAF Association to support them in the great work they do for the RAF family.
I’m an awful runner, currently weigh 190 lbs and, with three months to go, have yet to start any serious training. That said, I’m always up for a challenge!
I’ve done a half marathon before, - accidentally. Having got 6 miles down the Comber Greenway, I had to run back. It hurt. This time I’ll be doing for #teamRAFA though.
By running for #teamRAFA I will help to fund vital projects to support the RAF community of yesterday, today and tomorrow. The RAF Association's Connections for Life service for our vulnerable veterans and Mental well-being courses are just two areas where the RAF Association help the oldest to youngest of the community.
Please help me as I try to raise £500 for this amazing charity.
