Join 'Team One-Eighty' at the Blenheim 7k this May, and help to turn around the lives of children, young people and their families in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire

Story

I’m doing this because my ‘little’ boy told me that he didn’t ask me to do this again because of the state I was in after completing the course last year. He should know better LOL 😂. The good news is that I have even less time to prepare than last year. Ho hum. More good news is that, regardless of what state I end up in, One-Eighty will benefit and continue to help kids in need.

Some background for you:  One-Eighty empowers children, young people and their families to improve their mental health and re-engage with education. Their one-to-one support is designed to engage young people with complex personal challenges (trauma, bereavement, mental health difficulties, and those with difficult family circumstances) which prevent them from engaging with school. Their preventative mental health projects support primary and secondary school age young people, giving them coping tools and strategies to support their mental health.
