My Grandad, Mark Henderson, a hugely loved Husband, Dad and Grandad lost his battle with cancer in May this year. Despite the battle being long and hard, the end was very fast and left us all lost. St Christopher's provided the crutch we needed to make it through this period. St Christopher's help was vital to making Grandad's last few weeks as comfortable as possible. We will never forget the help they gave us.

St Christopher's is seriously under funded considering the impact they have on families when they are most vulnerable. We would like other families who are experiencing loss to have access to this help in coping through what is most certainly the hardest thing to go through as a family.
