Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.
Neuromuscular neurological diseases usually affect children and young adults. They may be lethal or cause life-long disability and there are currently few effective treatments for most of these conditions. Common examples include spinal muscular atrophy, motor neurone disease, myasthenia gravis and muscular dystrophy.
We need to raise £1.5 million to create Europe's first world class, comprehensive Centre for Neuromuscular Diseases. The Centre will bring together a large team of experts into a single unit and include research facilities and specialised IT systems to support the development of new treatments.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Hospital Development Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please support our appeal. Thank you.
