Ho, ho, ho! It is the time of year to dust off your Santa hat and get training for the 2020 Virtual Santa Canta!



              PREPARING FOR THE NHRR Xmas Santa Canta Virtual 5km

  • Sign up online to tell us that you are running
  • Donate £5 to Headway Hertfordshire
  • Plan a safe route that is 5km
  • Prepare your outfit! Santa hat, Christmas-themed costume, fancy dress, speedos...you decide! 

    RACE DAY
  • Download a distance tracking app/use your phone/GPS watch/watch/egg timer to record your time 
  • Time your 5k (doesn't have to be a GPS watch, use a phone or a watch)
  • Complete your 5k over the weekend of the  Saturday 5th and 6th December – you can run earlier if you want.
  • Make sure you carry out the full distance and adhere to the current social distancing guidelines
  • If you want to take a finisher's photo, upload to twitterfacebook or  instagram so we can share your moment using the hashtags  #XmasSantaCanta2020 #RunforHeadwayHerts
