Story

This appeal is to help those families who have suffered baby loss to create a specific bereavement room on the delivery unit at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital.

This is a cause close to my heart and something that will make such a big difference to those who are unfortunate enough to need it.

My son, Jack ,was born at 23 weeks and although he was only with us for 45 minutes, I treasure each minute i was lucky enough to spend with him.

The staff at the N&N were amazing and we were blessed to have such caring, compassionate individuals look after us.

Whilst it made us smile hearing the cry of new born babies after our son was born, it was also a painful reminder of what we had just lost. I know we would have benefited greatly from a room such as the one being built.

Jumping out of a plane isn't something that fills me with excitement, but its all for a great cause. My Mum Karen and Brother in law Pete will be jumping as well so I can't back out now!

Thanks for reading.

In memory of my boy.
