On the 9th of July, 2019, I lost my gorgeous husband Graham. The pain of the last year has been indescribable and I miss Graham so, so much! Over the months, I received incredible counselling support from Cruse which has definitely helped me learn how to survive and get through the pain of grieving. I am doing this Coastal Challenge for 3 reasons:

1) In huge loving memory of Graham who loved walking and loved the Gower coastal path

2) To raise awareness and raise funds for Cruse, a wonderful charity for the bereaved and 

3) To promote exercise because it has so helped me during my grieving; it helps your mental and physical well being.

I would hugely appreciate any sponsorship to support Cruse help more bereaved people.
