10,000 steps a day in November for Young Epilepsy

Walk for Young Epilepsy · 1 February 2023 to 1 April 2023 ·
After my daughter was diagnosed last year, our world has been turned upside down. She lost all independence and we all constantly worried about when something would next happen. After months and months of tweaking meds we are slowing get on track but there is always the constant worry at the back of your mind. No explanation has been given as to why this suddenly started to happen and what could have been the trigger. All that is said is that the brain is complex and we still have a lot to learn.
That’s is why I'm taking 10,000 steps every day in November to raise money for research, treatment and support for children and young adults living with epilepsy. Please sponsor me and help create a society in which children and young people with epilepsy can thrive.
