I'm taking part in the 2022 Great North Run to help raise vital funds for the ashgate hospice and in memory of my grandad. My grandad was My number one running fan he loved my running adventures so it only seemed right to do the great North run for him and to raise money for ashgate as a thank you for the help and care that he recieved from them in his final years of his life x
