I am running the half-marathon to raise money for The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. There have been so many people in my life who have had cancer; some have survived, some still in treatment and the most painful some have passed away. I want to raise funds for Christie's because they do fantastic work to support patients and their families as well as ground-breaking research.
