Having been introduced to the Resurgo Trust last year I have been helping to mock interview young people at week 4 of their 6 week Spear programme. The Spear programme aims to help young people facing disadvantages to get into work or education. The programme equips them with confidence, motivation and vital skills they need to succeed in long term employment.

I have been truly inspired by the strength of character displayed by the young people I have met and I would like to raise as much money as possible in order to enable more young people to attend the 6 week Spear course and access the coaching and support offered by the amazing staff of the Resurgo Trust.
