In March 2019, I had a heart attack.

What I thought was flu... it developed into something very real. It started with stabbing pains in my chest, then all over my body, pins and needles and more. I was blue-lighted to Wigan hospital and the worst thing about it was seeing my husband's face after the operating theatre.

Since then, I've learned a lot on how to deal with stress and look after my life a lot better. I want to help salespeople who are stressed about the current pandemic, and more importantly, I want to help Wrightington Wigan and Leigh NHS who saved my life - and are saving other lives as well.
