I will be racing Scotland Coast to Coast - 2 days, 105 miles (ish) and over 10,000ft elevation. It will be tough, renowned headwind on day 1 and should the weather be unkind it may be brutal.  It is unsupported.

Day 1 - 7m run, 55m cycle (50m in road, 5m off-road) & kayak.                                                                             Day 2 - 21m cycle off road, 15m cycle on road, 14m run over a mountain! And 2km kayak to the finish line

Having had a bike accident 4 weeks ago and being knocked out, sustaining severe concussion and whiplash and a hairline fracture; getting to the start line has been a challenge in itself!

NASS is a charity which is close to my heart and makes living with chronic illness just that little bit easier through research , development of new medications and so much more.  All donations are gratefully received.
