I'm running the 2009 Great North Run on 20th September for Epilepsy action. Epilepsy action is a superb charity doing good stuff for many people including myself, so dig deep.

As well as raising cash I have a personal goal of beating my time from 2007 - 1hr 29mins. Redundancy at work hindered me doing the 2008 event in a decent time so 2009 here we come.

The training has taken over my life a little at moment although I enjoy every minute.
