Can you donate £5 to help the Minstead Trust?  For every donation made I will send you an A5, limited edition linoprint (40 copies available) - each one handprinted on quality paper and embellished with the word 'hope'.  At this current time 'hope' is something we all need but especially smaller charities who are reliant on funding to continue their incredible work in the community.  I've chosen a tree as a symbol of hope and growth - a symbol shared by the Minstead Trust.

You can request that the print be sent direct to you, to a friend or to a loved one.  Simply respond to the message I send once you have made a donation.  All prints will be sent by 2nd class post in the UK (for overseas there may be a small charge).  I will cover all art material costs and postage so every penny of your donation will go to the charity.

Read on to learn more about the charity:  Minstead Trust is a local charity based here in the New Forest.  They also offer services in Portsmouth.  Minstead Trust nurtures the individual potential of people with learning disabilities.  And supports them to achieve greater independence, lead fulfilled lives and live as full citizens in society.  Their unique and friendly style is based on a strong community spirit and has changed the lives of hundreds of people.  They are passionate about helping people with learning disabilities reach their potential.

During this challenging time they need help, now more than ever.  Their  brilliant, dedicated and hard-working staff are continuing to provide care and support to some of the most vulnerable people in society putting themselves and their families at risk in order to do so.

Income generated from their revenue streams has been drastically affected by the current situation.  The beautiful Furzey Gardens is now closed and community arts venue Hanger Farm Arts centre is now closed.  Their Minstead Lodge conference and event venue is now closed.  And their two day opportunities services are also closed.

They have no income from these services and venues or from their planned fundraising activities.  But there are still bills to pay to make sure that each service they provide can bounce back when this crisis is over. Every donation will help to make a big difference.
