Minstead Trust needed helped and our supporters responded.
We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone that has donated to our emergency appeal and want to thank everybody that has donated. The donations and support have given us the confidence that we will see our way through this crisis, to be able to continue supporting people with learning disabilities in our local community
Our brilliant, dedicated and hard-working staff continued to provide care and support to some of the most vulnerable people in society putting themselves and their families at risk in order to do so. Our staff really are the fourth emergency service, continuing to provide support in peoples homes and in our residential care home.
The crisis hit our operations hard, we had to close Furzey Gardens, we closed Hanger Farm Arts Centre and Minstead Lodge conference and event venue remains partially closed. When we did not have income from these venues, or from our planned fundraising activities, we kept costs to the absolute minimum, and sought packages of support where available and the donations we received from our community of supporters has been amazing.
If you too would like to support us, whilst we are still in challenging times, your donation will be helping us now and into the future, to help us continue our work helping people with learning disabilities to achieve their potential.
Thank you
