The Challenge 

On October 22nd 2022, a few members of the No Drama team will be tackling Tough Mudder 10k to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation. The team will be completing 20 obstacles and mud runs that will challenge their physical and mental limits. 

The Reason  

Heart conditions have personally effected a few of us at no drama.  This gave us the impetus to look at ways of raising money to help further the research, awareness and understanding of heart conditions because everyone has a heart and its important to look after it!

The Charity 

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help.
