Get Together for Guide Dogs October Anniversary Appeal

📍The Forum, Norwich, Millennium Plain, Norwich, NR2 1TF
🗓️ Saturday, 7th October 2023
⏱️10:00 AM

Our two and four pawed volunteers will be celebrating with a Guide Dog Puppy Tombola, Merchandise and (doggy) tummy rubs.

How can you help?
🐾Come learn more about volunteering and the services provided.
🐾Win a cuddly toy Guide Dog puppy and a doggy sticker.
🐾Enjoy a coffee and donate your change at Cafe Bar Marzano.
🐾Let's have a Pawty. It will be Pawsome!

Rackheath  Vets - Fun Dog Show.

10th June 2023?- In Aid of Guide Dogs. .

A Huge Thank   you to Chris Tomlinson and his fabulous team for a great day out for all.

The sun shone and  the breeze kept everyone cool.  A win, win for all including the dog show dog, classes..  White Labrador Guide Dog Maci thoroughly enjoyed her celebrity  status, a well know lical dog, Pawsome.  

Thank you  to everyone  who supported the event and generously donated.

In Memory of Joan Child -Stanbridge. 

Forever in our hearts.

A Huge Thank you to Co-op Funeralcare Duckers for providing a fantastic celebration of life for our Mum - Joan Child -Stanbridge. It was amazing sight for her husband David to see the fantastic display of flowers when he returned home.



Thank you to the lovely staff at Woodland Holiday Park Trimingham. They provided a memorable afternoon in the new garden room.

RIP - Joan Child - Stanbridge

 Celebrating the life of Joan, Wife of David, sister, mother and Nan, Great Nan. A lovely Yorkshire lady living in Aylsham, who was a keen supporter of Guide Dogs,  Selling cream teas to Doggy tea towels.  The life and soul of the party, our "Dancing  Queen."

Three members of her family have had visual impairment, one of which has a Guide Dog, Maci..

Thank you for your support. 

Our thoughts are with family and friends at this sad time.

Last year we had a great year celebrating  Guide Dogs 90th Anniversary.  Our volunteers and you the generous public  helped Name two Guide Dog puppies..  Meet Barnabee a yellow Labrador ( named after a Norfolk ladybird.) our life changing Guide Dog  will always have a llink to Norfolk wherever his new Guide Dog owner maybe.

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
