I am riding from Yorkshire to London between 14 -17 October in aid of the Professional Cricketers Trust - a charity that does great work supporting ex players and their families who are struggling with mental or physical health problems.

Day 1: Headingley - Lincoln 146km

Day 2: Lincoln - Cambridge 172km

Day 3: Cambridge - Lords 116km
