Story

With lives lost, families separated, people injured, homes destroyed and essential services hit, the conflict in Ukraine continues. It's estimated that over 18 million people could be impacted by the conflict and 4 million people displaced.

Old Cranleighan Hockey Club wants to do its part to help those suffering from this humanitarian crisis. Our small gesture to change our socks or other items of clothing to blue and yellow for all our matches and training is our way to show support and raise funds for those impacted by these terrible events.

We're raising fund for Disasters Emergency Committee which brings together 15 leading aid charities and local partners in Ukraine and neighbouring countries. They are working to meet the immediate needs of people fleeing Ukraine, supplying them with food, water, medical assistance, protection and trauma care.

£30 could provide essential hygiene supplies for three people for one month

£50 could provide blankets for 4 families to keep them warm

£100 could provide emergency food for two families for one month

Please donate if you can. Thank you
