I am walking for our Same Day Emergency Care clinic with a team of Advanced Clinical Practitioners with the aim of raising a total of £1000 to buy an ambulatory cardiac monitor for our older patients living with frailty.  This will prevent them having an extended stay in hospital or having to wait several months for this vital test.
