This will be the first University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity event as restrictions continue to ease and we are welcoming supporters, staff and patients to join us in taking on a route of either 3k, 5k or 10k in celebration of our local NHS hospitals.
We are Advanced Clinical Practitioners that work with frail vulnerable clients through the Same Day Emergancy Clinic where we clinically assess and treat preventing the need for hospital admission.

We need your help to raise funds to purchase specialised equipment to enhance the service we provide

Every penny we raise will go towards supporting the Older Persons Same Day Emergancy Care Clinic.
