I'm cycling to Great Yarmouth from Barmouth with my brother and a friend (or multiple friends/relatives!), which is a 300-mile trip, for a charity that helps people with Alzheimer's Disease and their families. We're donating to three causes, actually - I'm doing one for Alzheimer's Disease, Dan (my brother) is doing one for Parkinson's Disease, and our friend (Chris) is doing one for Cancer Research UK. We haven't picked exact dates yet, as we've only just started planning it. Better get on those gym bikes, fellas! I'm also considering doing a documentary on it, as I'm a keen media person, so that could be a thing, too.
