Where am I? What's going on? Who signed me up?
 
Yes, its me again, as always unsure how I get myself into these situations. After my epic adventure 3 years ago (10k Bupa run = Sunday stroll) I am now preparing for a slightly more serious challenge: A 21k half marathon – which more or less equates to the total distance run in my life up to now. I am however prepared to run my guts out for a very good cause and promise to overcome the pain and boredom of running for around 2 hours.
