Last year, Freya and I ran the Bristol 10K together. Freya passed away at the end of 2017 due to an undiagnosed heart condition.

This year, myself and some of her other friends from the University of Bristol, will be running the 10K in her memory. Freya loved running, and she enjoyed going out on runs together- from jogs around the Downs to running around the city centre.

All donations raised will go to CRY, a charity helping to raise awareness of young sudden cardiac death. CRY offers cardiac screenings to young people aged between 14-35. Your donations will help fund the amazing work they carry out in preventing deaths such as Freya's. 

We'll be running with Freya in our hearts and minds, and we can't wait to raise as much money as possible!
