During this pandemic, many many places face the daily fear of not being able to survive through this difficult time.

Ashgate Hospice is in desperate need of donations to survive. The care they provide to give people the best end of life care possible is out of this world.

I am possibly the most unfit person ever, but throughout November I will be attempting to run 100k. This will be so difficult and a huge challenge for me, but not as difficult as life would be without places like Ashgate Hospice.
