Fundraising for Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In memory of my Granny Margaret, I have chosen to run for Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland.
My whole family were deeply touched by the breadth of amazing support Hospice at Home provided for Margaret and the family.
Thanks to their excellent team of nurses and physiotherapists, Margaret received high quality palliative and end of life care in her own home. Their family support service were fantastic at helping with day-to-day tasks within and outside the home. Above all, we were warmed by the friendliness and kindness of the whole team, who were always ready to lend an ear and offer helpful advice.
In gratitude to Hospice at Home, I am determined to raise as much as I can to enable them to continue their fantastic work throughout Carlisle and North Lakeland. Any donations would be much appreciated, even a small amount can make a great difference!
