We believe research is vital in order to understand MS and its impact on lives

Story

Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a chronic neurological disorder, is the most common cause of disability in young people.

Good management of MS is a huge challenge. The MS research charity is a national charity who are dedicated to further their understanding of MS and developing better treatments. The team is built up of not only researchers, but also people living with MS themselves. With help from donations, dedicated research can be carried out to help maximise our understanding and develop better treatments.

As well as working as a MS Assistant Practitioner at Southmead Hospital, I have seen first hand the effects it has on an individual as close friends and family are living with MS.

MS Research have already supported a number of fantastic studies, collaborating with the University of Bristol and The Clinical Research and Imaging Centre to help gain a better understanding on managing MS.

Any donations would be gratefully appreciated to contribute to such a fantastic charity!
