The COVID-19 outbreak has made life incredibly tough for many people and brought particular challenges to young people in the UK, with an additional 600,000 18-24-year-olds at risk of being unemployed this year. Young people from low income households will be hardest hit, with less opportunities than ever before to get into jobs they want and careers they deserve, to pull them out of poverty. That is why I am taking steps to support the success of young people by covering the distance past all the EY UK&I regions. This is an impressive 1,772 miles or 3,544,000 steps! I've decided to double the distance target for a total 3544 miles or 5703 kilometres.
