On 4th December 2019 I was diagnosed with  MS and shortly afterwards I met with a lovely lady from MS Ireland and that is where I first heard about Prof George Jelinek and the OMS program.

OMS has given me so so much hope for the future. I now know with hard work, determination and commitment I can live a full and healthy life while living with MS like so many others.

I am following the program now for 3 years and it has helped me immensely. I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been. 

I want to now give something back to OMS and this amazing charity by doing the 10k Dublin Mini Marathon on 5th June. If you can spare anything at all it will be greatly appreciated.
