Story
On Sunday 25th November 2018, Stephen pushed himself to his absolute limits by racing across 430km of stunning yet brutal terrain over six days as part of the notorious bike race, The Pioneer. He climbed the equivalent total height of Mt. Everest, not once but twice! Stephen done this all for Malaria No More UK. Unfortunately due to a knee injury I was unable to take part in the race so massive thanks and praise goes out to Stephen for getting that done! Awesome job mate!
We've raised a lot of money so far and people have been so generous with their support but still the fight to rid Malaria goes on, so we're doing our best to reach our target with fundraisers around Wellington.
Here's why we've decided to choose such a great charity...
While volunteering in Ghana, a childhood friend Harry selflessly gave away his anti-malaria tablets to children from the village in which he was working. To the utter devastation of his family and friends he contracted Malaria and passed away soon after, aged just 20. For this reason we are putting our bodies through hell: to raise awareness and funds for a charity that envisions a world where no one dies from a mosquito bite. But to do this, we desperately need your help.
