We fund life saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers.

Story

Hi, thanks for popping by.

I lost my dad to a sudden heart attack on his walk to work 8 years ago. Needless to say this ripped my whole world apart.

I took up walking to keep my own heart healthy and now I've moved up to running.

So, rather than being a negative Nelly, I'm choosing to help the British Heart Foundation so that other 21 year-olds get to keep their pops for a little longer.

So dig deep, and let's save dads everywhere! :-)

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
