Hi - let's cut to the chase - motor neurone disease is a really nasty condition and my neighbour had it. Research costs a lot of money. For things like this it's money well spent.

I've decided to try and raise some money in memory of Dot for the MND Association. I'm in my mid-thirties, don't have much time to train, can barely swim and have a dodgy left knee. That's why I'm calling it Operation Stupid.
