We are a group of running enthusiasts from Orchid Orthopedic Solutions Sheffield who are looking for a challenge while at the same time raising money for a worthwhile cause.

Orchid's stated core purpose is to "provide opportunity for people to lead a better life" and while our company seeks to achieve that by that by manufacturing orthopaedic implants and instruments we feel that supporting the great work Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity does dovetails nicely with that aim.

We are a mix of  ages and abilities, but we all enjoy running, and are determined to
finish this demanding race.

It would really encourage us to keep going if we knew our efforts were being rewarded by  friends and colleagues, family and even virtual strangers sponsoring us to raise money for Weston Park's work.
