This weekend I'll be providing Sports Massage at the Red Squirrel 10k trail race for Southport Strollers. The Teddies for Loving Care is an initiative whereby Teddy Bears are provided to Accident and Emergency departments. These are given to sick or injured children by the Nursing staff, and can help to settle and calm the patients so the Doctors and Nurses can do what they do best.
