This year the staff at Paddons are raising money for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People We have two events lined up for September.

 


Shouldham Warren

September 8th 2019 12 noon start

Stacey H is organising a dog walk through the Shouldham Warren woods. Everyone is invited to come along, bring your dogs and have a good day.The walk will be approximately 2.5 miles.

We are meeting in the main car park about 11.45am

Hudson Swimming Pool Thursday 26th September  2019

We will be swimming at 6.30am

Janet and Laura will be swimming a mile, hopefully they will be joined by other members of the team. Training for this has just started. As neither has been in a pool for a while this will be quite a challenge..

Sponsorship forms are also available in the vets.

About the charity

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People trains dogs to alert deaf people to important and life-saving sounds such as the smoke alarm, alarm clock, intruder alarms and baby monitors. These amazing dogs also help deaf people to leave loneliness behind by providing love, companionship and emotional support.
