Story

Raising funds for St Ann's Hospice

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page!

As a firm, we at Pannone Corporate have chosen St Ann's Hospice as one of our chosen charities to support in 2023. Some of our lovely team have committed to raise funds for this amazing place by signing up to a number of physical events this year.

A number of our team have already taken part in the Great Manchester half-marathon and 10k running events and we are now approaching our next challenge - The Tough Mudder Manchester obstacle course race. This takes place on Saturday 15 July 2023 at Heaton Park in Manchester. We have around 20 members of staff signed up to take part in this challenging team event and they are due to start the course in a window between 12pm and 12:45pm - there will be mud, water and electricity(!), but it's all for a great cause and we'd be delighted and very grateful if you are able to help us reach our sponsorship target for St Ann's.

St Ann's Hospice is a Manchester institution and is one of the oldest and largest adult hospices outside of London. St Ann's provides amazing care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses, their families and their carers in Greater Manchester. The hospice relies heavily on the generosity of its supporters and as a result is able to provide all of its care free of charge. It's an amazing place that makes a real difference to those in need.

Around two thirds of St Ann's income each year comes from donations and they need to raise an additional £8 million annually to cover all their costs. We are committed to helping contribute towards that target.

If you are able to make a donation to support our team and St Ann's, however big or small, we would be extremely grateful. Your donation will help make an impact on the amazing work that St Ann's Hospice provide. If you are not able to donate, please feel free to encourage our staff who are participating with words of support or by turning out on the day at Heaton Park to cheer them on (and offer towels, water and wet wipes)!

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support!
