Our school has joined the Variety Schools Fundraising Program to help kids across BC reach their fullest potential and thrive, just like we do!

By joining our team and making a donation today, you're helping us help Variety - the Children's Charity fill the gaps where healthcare ends. Variety helps kids with mobility equipment, medical supplies, specialized therapies, medical assessments, mental health, and education. 

Last year, our school raised $1,000 to help kids like Ella,* a young girl from Burnaby who was born with a rare inflammatory neurological disease called 'Rasmussen's encephalitis.' It causes her to experience frequent and severe seizures, loss of motor skills and speech, weakness on one side of the body, and dementia. For children like Ella who have constant pain in their body, relieving the symptoms of their condition is critical to improving their quality of life. Variety BC is able to grant children with specialized therapies like hydrotherapy to do just that, thanks to our help.

The average grant to help a child costs $2,500. Our school is aiming to raise another $1,000 this year... but together, we can beat last year's total and help one child receive the funding they so desperately need.
