Great Marlow is a fantastic school in Marlow.  It is passionate about giving our children a great education AND well rounded experiences.  They are fund raising for a new school coach to allow our children to be safely transported to hundreds of events that are organized for them.

 

The race is finished now.  The 26.2 miles were HARDER than I thought it would be.  I ran the first half in 1:45 and then had a couple of flat tires.  Thought I would walk a little at mile 19 to enjoy the views and then had a very painful final 6 miles.  2nd half in 1:59. 

 

I finished in 3:44:20.  I want to thank all of you who have donated to this great cause.  We have raised almost £2,500 and going!.  Thank you also to Garry Downy who got me the place in the Marathon which allowed me to choose Great Marlow as a charity to run for.
